Does it have the iPod integration? You can get the OEM kit on ebay for under $200 (keeps going down) and install yourself in 45 minutes or less. I've got the HK system, and it sounds fantastic, but with the iPod controls in the dash now after the integration kit install, it's even better. Here's a link with pics for install:

im workin hard finding quotes as high as possible for this repair job...haha.
say i wanted to pocket the insurance money and buy an amg front bumper to put on. will i have trouble fitting it due to different brackets, etc?

omg im gettin pissed.
somebody help me. from what i understand, my car has the "avantgarde" bumper. i got quoted for the "classic, elegance" bumper at the 2 shops i went to. i even saw "avantgarde" as a choice when then guy clicked bumper choices on his computer but he chose the other anyway.
will somebody clarify for me?

all the US "luxury" sedan 2005-2007 has the Avantgarde bodykit (front, sides, and rear)
the US "sport" with AMG kit is listed as something else.
my personal suggestion if you want the AMG kit is that go with the sides and rear from the forum sponsor and then source the authentic AMG front from fleabay. BUT if you don't care that the replica front looks different than the authentic you can get everything from the sponsor for the good deal.

thank you frank. ok so to clarify after my research:
pre-facelift has 3 trims - classic, elegance, and avantgarde(aka sport??)
facelift has 2 - luxury (aka "avantgarde") and sport(with AMG body)
but then i also know theres some stuff in the USA thats different from the rest of the world which is confusing me. most of my searches came up with australian results lol. i just wish the shop/benz dealer would actually know what i was talking about when i brought up these terms. they seemed clueless.
and i was looking at this seller on ebay. solid price but where the hell would i get the mesh inserts.....?
