for those with Rieger front
Was test fitting mine and one thing that was not adding up. In the are of the radiator there is a rubber/plastic ?air dam protector/guide?. Its pretty much ends up in the middle of the center mesh of the bumper...did you have to cut it off? extendit to go in the bottom section of the bumper?
Thanks!
Thanks!

eah i figured that should have been a must...will do but there is a plastic housing that runs on both sides vertically around the radiator.. and it runs horizontaly at the bottom of the radiator ...well that part has a rubber little lip that used to extend into the bumper into the bottom plactic part of the bumper under the grill....
pic deff worth a thouand words.....will do this weekend

this is the air dam piece i am talkign about
https://mbworld.org/forums/members/e...g2010-a1a.html
What i decided to do is to cut the vertical plastic pieces off and extedn them lower so they would fit into the front.
will take pics of it as it will be done this coming up weekend
Also, it seems all that white metalic junk ( radiator and all the lines) that , now, are more visible through the center mesh. Sparying it lightly with hi temp flat black just to tone it down a shade wouldnt do any damage correct?

So its finally on... still have to align the sides where the bumper meets the fender...gotta get some clips and bolt it down a bit..but doesnt look all that bad! Also got my Rieger badge on.. didnt want to go with chrome or flat black, so i went with abit lighter metallic blue...so its slightly blended yet visible and doesnt scream attention at you
