i think we should not be over criticising here just few things to consider:
1. he is from Azerbaijan...can you point that on the map without googling it? Thats a simple question and being from Kazakhstan myself i know that geography is a very struggling part of US ciriculum
2. I give him props on owning a Benz there! the life is tougher than you might ever imagine!
3. How many euro/asian owners have you seen with some rediculous "custom" work? The reason is possibly that those "custom" accents are considered cool and of a class, locally...

Whilst I can see some of the comments here can be seen as a bit harsh on the new guy, I have to ask. What does point (1) have to do with the spoiler? In any country it looks horrible.

But as I said, if he's planning to widen the body, I can see how it fits in. It may look quite ok with a wide body. I am actually keen to see the end project.

Take it back to the fantastic 190E. Imagine this car with the massive spoiler on the back without the wide body, it would look worse then this chaps C200. But add the wide body and it really suits.

 

Or some people want their rear end to fly up?
