From the MBCC website:

Your First Class Lease agreement requires these minimum coverages:

· Bodily injury liability not less that $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence.
· Property damage liability not less that $50,000
· Or, a combined single limit of $300,000
· Comprehensive and collision coverage for the actual cash value of the vehicle.
· $2,500 maximum allowed deductible.

I can't imagine someone would get a $2,500 deductible!

For those leasing your vehicles....did you get the GAP insurance also? I did not....but I am still debating whether or not I should get it.

Perhaps it had something to do with local laws, but GAP insurance was included with my lease (WY Registration, leased from dealer in CO.) As a big fan of leasing programs, this is my 4th leased vehicle, I can't recommend the GAP enough. I've had several colleagues that have been bitten HARD, due to a lack of GAP insurance. Especially when vehicles are in their first few years of age, the disparity between value (paid by insurance) and amount of liability to the leasing company is at its greatest, so GAP can be a very good deal.
