Correction, Drove An '05 C230 Kompressor SS
The 2 Metal strips that run along the roof line from front to back......
Does anyone know how to get them off of the car without bending or breaking them?
I plan on Di Noc wrapping my roof and wanted to also wrap those pieces since they are sun beaten, But I want to know if anyone else has experience removing these before I attempt it.

And Once I lift and pry it up and off the car, There won't be any issues reinstalling it?

Once you get them off there are tabs on the strips that need to line up with opposite side on the car. They can be moved forward and backward on the car side so just make sure they line up otherwise itll come right back off.
