Replacing headlight bulbs? Help!

Question Replacing headlight bulbs? Help!
OK, so the manual gives very little info on replacing the low and hi beam bulbs.
How do you get the things out of there without breaking something?
I got my Philips bulbs here and am anxious to install!

And yes, I searched like crazy here and elsewhere and came up empty.

Twist and pull. And make sure not to touch the bulbs with your fingers. And wipe them off before you put them in. Oil from your skin will cause them to break when it heats up.
