My Ride
I have a decision to make...

I have owned my C240 4Matic for a short 1 1/2 years and I love it... well most of the time and now that the starting issue is sorted I am confident in it's reliability. It has about 108,000 on it, rebuilt tranny, and the coveted "Super Low Output" V6 but it is a good car all around. I have added Depo's, HID in both headlights & driving lights, LED city lights, rear spoiler, CL grille, 20" rims, etc, etc. I don't know what the going rate of sale is but I have a guy who wants to give me somewhere between $7000 & $7500. Also, I have been offered a screaming deal on a C5 Corvette convertible, and I have always wanted a Corvette. So is this a good price for my C240? It would sure help out in getting the C5. What do you guys see these cars selling for?

I don't know specifically how much your C240 is worth, but if what you'll get for it allows you to get the screaming deal on a 'vette you've always wanted, it is probably the right price.

Well you will need to let your heart decide my friend. But if thats the corvette you have always wanted and got offered a screaming deal for it, Id say go for it.

However, Im on the other side of the world.. So Im not very sure of the going price up there..

As Silver said, if what you really want is the corvette, then get it. Life's too short.

It doesn't sound like any of your mods would really bump up the price of your car (sadly) from stock, so I would just use Edmunds' tool to calculate what your car is worth.
