Mercedes Benz c240 stereo hook up
I purchased a used c240 and later found out it did not come with a CD changer so I purchased a 6 disc changer from e-bay the problem not is there is no fiber optic cables or rear speakers does anyone know any place I can order these parts I want to stay ith the factory stereo and cd changer any help ould be greatly appreciated

I have a set of factory rear speakers and i think i have the fibre optic cable you are looking for.
what year c240? where are you located?
all parts came out of my 2003 c240 at around 38,000 miles
