Problem with DEPO's

I hit a deer recently and smashed one of the headlights on my 05 C230. Decided to switch to DEPO projectors. Ordered them and got a call from the shop the day that they were trying to install the lights that its not going to work. The guy said he tried to connect the wires one way and another and they wouldnt work, the on board computer kept throwing errors etc. Here's the ebay link:

Does anyone have experience with DEPO's? I see quite a few people on here that have ordered them and seem to have had no problems with installing them. Was the guy doing something wrong? From what I understand it wasnt a plug and play like it says in the item description.

I have the stock halogen, I did have the HID's installed but took them out after the accident and put the halogen bulbs back in before taking the car in to the shop

this may sound silly but did you remove all the wiring from the H.I.D?

Probably not the case, but on mine the connector wouldn't line up with the pins in the housing. Eventually, after some force it went in, but pushed the pins in the housing out. Hours later I was able to successfully mate them.

I had KBCarstuff.com HID's, paid about 120 for them, I removed all the wiring if by that you mean wiring that came with the HID kit, didnt touch the stock wiring. Anyway, got the car back today and they put in a new headlight and of course it doesnt match with the old one so I would definitely like to get the DEPO's in if I could. Just would like to know if theres a wiring diagram or something for hooking it up

Im not sure, he did claim he tried to connect them every way possible and couple times the lights flickered but he couldnt get the whole thing working. Maybe it is just a faulty wiring or something

Can you take pics of the actually head lights for us? So is he having trouble with the wiring for the actual bulbs or problems with the harness that connects to the housing?
