2007 c230 speaker not working
I have a 2007 c230 and recently the rear passenger speaker stopped working, but the speaker is new and the wires are connected correct. Also the wire under the flor next to the rear door are connected. I even put another speaker connected to the wiring but it still doesn't want to work. Any ideas?

the wire going to that speaker might have an exposed wire and is grounding out. I'd check all the wire running to the speaker from the HU all the way back to the speaker. It might also be a connection behind the HU.

+1, it sounds to me like you shorted out where ever you're getting your signal from. if you did your own wiring, you could have had a wire exposed, touching metal behind the door and shorting the output.

it is probably a lose connection. I assume you have the audio10. I have taken that radio appart and know the power amp IC. It has internal protection against overload and shorts. If there is a short then the entire amp shuts down and you have no sound in all speakers. It could be some other unusual failure in the radio. Why did you change the speaker? What happened to the old one? maybe the fault was not the speaker but somewhere else.
Test the speaker with an ohm meter or touching a 9 volt battery quickly on the terminals. The only other alternative is to remove the radio and test the wiring from the radio to the speaker. . or test the radio itself.
