Troubleshooting Engine Vibration

Thanks in advance:

2004 C240 4-matic, 100K miles

In the Last month:
Plugs
2 CV boots (Passenger inner)
1 Cv boot (passenger outer)
Engine and Transmission mounts

I have a vibration through the steering wheel and the seats when I am stopped but in forward or reverse. It seemed to start after getting a torn CV boot replaced, but 3 days later the CV boot tore again and was redone, then 3 days later both CV boots tore, all on the passenger side. RPMS drop to about 550 when i am drive but stopped. The engine seems to have a very low grumbling sound when it is in gear, but not when in neutral. Does not seem to be misfiring or anything, just a little grrrrrrrRRrrrRRrrr. I replaced all of the mounts (the old ones didnt seem to be in too bad of shape, maybe 5-6MM lower that the new ones. It reduced the vibration by maybe 50%, but it seems to be much worse when I am stopped at a slight incline. Any ideas on this one? flex joint appears to be in good shape as well. Could it be idle sensor or MAFS? Or could the shop have messed something up when they did the boots? I would like to fix the vibration before I do another set of boots.

Appreciate your help. I
