addition comand question

guys,

as shown in my other post, I am still having a problem with my comand (G comand fitted into C comand)

and I am thinking to have my dealer 'reset' everything and recoded the G into C class to make it work.

my questions to the experts are:

1. will the recoding or resetting process delete the RDS feature that my Euro comand has?

2. I have installed the speed pulse wiring (assuming it's correct), would that be necessary (OK) to recode the comand that's it's a C Class?

thanks

I don't get the recode thing...a W463 G-class comand can easily be installed in a W203 without any problems...you just need to add 1 extra wire for speed.
