well after all the trouble I finally got the mworked. Just like BrabusCclass I had to use a relay but instead of using the factory swich I installed a little switch somewhere else (no drilling or nothing, really clean). I was kind of exceptical but after a trip to key west with my gf last night after I installed the HIDs Im really happy and I love them.
