2004 C230 Kompressor Sport Sedan
2004 C230 Kompressor air intake.
I own a 2004 C230K sport sedan and I was wondering if Cold Air Intake was available and can it be put in this car? I wouldn't mind gaining few more HP and the sound of the engine would be a lot nicer with it although sound of supercharger sounds better than turbo. Let me know if anything is available. Thanks
PS: I'm new to this thread so excuse me if I wrote in a wrong forum

you have a M271 engine. They have a intake input on the front that takes cold air from the grill. So in theory you have a stock cold air intake. I agree with the SC squeal sounds nice, too bad i have to be in a tunnel with my music turned down to hear it.

I have looked around for it, i too own a 2004 C230K 2DR w203
To tell you honestly, from what i know, and i would like to mention that i'm no pro, and i barely know anything under the hood, but that the Kompresor already has a stock one, and there isnt any that is MADE for the mercedes, other then the stock one (again, i might be wrong) But from my research I have seen/read people put Air intakes that are made to fit other cars and they kinda "tweeked" it too fit in, but to tell you honestly bro, if you love your car, then the performance parts u add to it should be made for mercedes, not for a civic FITTED into a mercedes, so the extra 5-10 HP wouldnt be worth it... But its all up to you.

Websites have it but I'm sure they wouldn't fit just as everything else i buy can't fit my car properly. I bought Wiper Blades at AutoZone for my car, not even close to a regular fit, ABS Brake Sensor they didn't have. Got Brake Pads online, they not even close to my brakes up front. You know what, I love it the way it is. Maybe do some work around and leave the engine as it is because based on research, this model is made the way it is and there is no aftermarket parts for this model. Correct me if I'm wrong but thanks for the reply guys.
I'll put on some pics and you can give your idea on what I could be able to do based on body work.
