Wiper arm broke in two.

Wiper arm broke in two.
This morning on my way to work, my wipers stopped in the upright position. So not only was I trying to see through the rain, but I also had the wipers blocking my view, ugh. Anyways, after getting a chance to inspect it after work, the passenger side wiper arm broke in two. It looks to be held in place by a pin rather than a nut. I'm price checking a new arm in the meantime, but are there any tips or tricks to removing and reinstalling these wiper arms? I ran a search, but didn't come up with much that helped me, more specifically on the w203 wiper arms. If anyone has replaced these before or has access to the WIS documents on the R&R they would be greatly appreciated!

Frank: so the lower bracket is a part of the arm? ( if i buy a nee one it comes with those lower arms?)
Matt: That was my thought as well. Looking at the break, the front half of it looks dull and the right side looks like fresh, bare metal. Thinking it has been cracked for some time and finally broke loose. Doesn't seem to be a common problem so I'm at a loss.

good question. i would think it is one part including the two attaching arms. just ask the parts guy at the dealer to show you the wiper assembly page it should be pretty clear what you would need.

Update:
Got a new wiper arm, bolted it up. Still doesn't work! Wondering if the motor may've died along with the wiper arm...how hard is it to access the wiper motor on a w203?

Disregard last post. I guess I didn't have it seated correctly is my only guess. Pulled the arm back off and ran the wipers without it on and the driver side worked. Reinstalled and now it's all working. Thanks for all the help!
