Key responsibilities include leading and directing multiple marketing channels to develop brand recognition, developing and implementing Mercedes-Benz web catalog market strategy to achieve desired growth objectives and to continually seek out new opportunities to strengthen ECS Tuning's position in the marketplace. As the Mercedes-Benz marketplace grows, the Brand Manager is responsible for the recruiting, daily management, and development their team to assure company goals and objectives are being realized.

Professional Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm and profound knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand, vehicle marketplace, and current enthusiast trends
- A self-starter and willingness to take initiative to forge "new paths" and find innovative solutions
- Accustomed to working within rapidly-growing companies and comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to attain business objectives
- Demonstrated effective leadership competencies and the ability to influence others
- 2-5 years' progressive responsibility leading a team to accomplish specific financial and non-financial based objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, general internet and computer skills
- Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience
- Manage a team of catalog, marketing, photo, research and development personnel
- Establish and maintain key vendor relationships
- Communicate and report project results, daily activity and project milestones
- Develop relevant performance metrics for Mercedes-Benz brand, prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management based on operational performance
- Assist in financial projections and budgeting process's for Mercedes-Benz market
- Manage day-to-day progress of the Mercedes-Benz products and seize opportunities for better product execution on the internet
- Define, facilitate and manage master plans for key Mercedes-Benz products
- Utilize website cataloging system to properly execute display of products for the Mercedes-Benz market on ecommerce website
- Maintain company brand integrity across all product lines, advertising and all other internal and external communications as it pertains to the Mercedes-Benz and companies brand
