My weekend project was to install a Parrot CK3000 (steering wheel control) and OEM Ipod Interface kit (A2048704890). The parrot went smoothly love it and very clean. The Ipod interface kit is the problem i keep getting SRS error, low brake fluid, and the fan comes on real high. I followed the gude on the link below and i can't seem to get it to work. Please i need help

Where did you find the Parrot and steering wheel controller if I might ask? What parts are required? Thanks.

 

2007 cars didn't come pre-installed with the phone pre-wiring so it might not be enabled. You need the phone feature to use the aux-in which the ipod kit works through. When you scroll through your cluster menus, look for a phone menu, if it's not there, then you need to get your car coded for the phone feature to get the iPod interface to work.

 

I bought the Parrot CK3000 from eBay ($40) and the steering wheel control was from the link below. It works perfectly walk into the car and it syncs to ur phone in about 5 secs after u start car.
