M271 Camshaft Adjuster Magnet?
I found the gears engaging the timing belt are broken. Does this seem like the correct P/N to replace the broken gears: W0133-1786817 and W0133-1786818?

That link with part number and picture is wrong, that is just for the electro magnet and not the gear system.
The original price he was quoted is about right
list price is $780 each and OEparts direct (in N Carolina a MB dealer) sells them fro $585 each
