Can anyone tell me where this line connects toO?
Just tonight I was checking my headlight bulb on the driver side. I stumbling across a vacuum line of some sort hanging loose. I don't know what it hooks up to. Does anyone know where this should hook up too?

the first pic looks like its the hose to the wind shield wiper tank

Sammy, No i'm not getting any codes at all. I look all around the wiper tank for a connection. I don't see any. Unless it connects to it at the bottom? I try tracing it, it just disappears into a bundle of taped up wires.

Pictures are attached.

Sammy the wire is grey and then it is attached to the black rubber hose. It runs right along/above the drive side headlight.

looks like the overflow purge for the coolant, then again I havent seen under the hood of a 230k in a while

I took some pictures of my 2004. Not sure of what the hose does or what it connects to but hopefully the pictures will help you get the hose reconnected.
