i found an Indy mechanic with star. I am going to stop in and ask how much to hook up star and change some options around. all I have right now is tpms, fuel tank content, and wiper sensitivity. does anyone know of any other cool features that can be turned on with star? just wanna get all I can out of one stop.

 

You could turn on the chirp aka Netherlands setting or usa with buzzer. hope they don't charge much where are you located there are a few people on here with star that could help myself included.

This sounds promising...

 

Does the indy have developer mode? If not, you can't set the tank content but you should be able to do the rest. I activated desert mode (makes fan turn on 10C sooner), TPMS, tank content, USA with Buzzer and increased volume to 60%, disabled the seat belt warnings, set xenon=present for an upgrade to bi-x.

So what can be modified? I searched and got a ton of repsonses for the W211's.
Just wondering if it's worth the hassle to try and find someone to do it up here.

I posted a list of what was done to my car in the other thread and that was pretty much all you can do with the W203.

 

yeah I saw it, didn't know if that was everything available or just what you wanted to do. if I remember correctly you said you increased buzzer to 60%. is that the "you left your lights on buzzer"?

 

USA with Buzzer means the car will chirp when locked and unlocked. Have you ever heard a 2007 W203? It sounds exactly like that. I turned the chirp (aka Buzzer) up to 60% volume because it is set at 20% by default, too low.
