Here's some stuff I've done recently.

Vinyl overlay on the taillights.

A little while after that me and a friend installed a 10" sub in the trunk.
I hid the amp better after this picture.
I'm also working on installing some LED's, just need to buy longer wire.

The carbon fiber wrap came in the mail today, to do the dash. and I'll wrap it this weekend.

To the speaker wire going to the Sub. Whenever the amp sends a signal to the sub it will also send a signal to the lights. So because of that, the lights will pulse when the sub kicks

Yeah no problem. When i first tried it didn't work for some reason, but the second time when i bought some new LED's it worked perfectly, once i turned the volume up.

I'm doing it Sunday, so the DIY will be up that night.

My parents told me on my 10th birthday that I should start saving up for what ever car I want because there not paying a cent of it. I started saving that day, every birthday, christmas or any money that I got I would put in my savings account. Then I got a job at 15 working my *** off as a cashier and then bought my car. I appreciate the car a lot more this way though. Most of my friends get such nice cars from there parents (nothing wrong with that) but they just don't appreciate it or take car of it.

Yes, I was fortunate to get such a nice car. and yeah I don't have a job and that's why I do cheap mods, but I work my *** of everyday on the football field and in the classroom, so I don't have to pay for college or my parents. I've earned everything I've been given in life and I appreciate it.

DIY Pulsing Sub LED's
Materials:
1. LED's (ebay) 5$
2. Wire (pepboys) 7$
3. Wire Cutters
4. Crimp Connectors
5. Pliers

Step 1:
Place LED's in your desired location

Step 2:
Take wire and cut it to make sure it reaches the back of the sub
Take all the positive(red) wires and wrap them around each other, then put them in a crimp connector and clamp it down with some pliers.
Do the same for the negative wires (black).

Step 3:
Run the positive and negative wires to the back of the sub and wrap them around the speaker wire. Pos to Pos and neg to neg.

Step 4:
Test it out. The louder the volume the brighter the lights.

I'm considering installing a switch on mine.

Your cf wrapping skills are much better than mine.

What's the budget you're looking for on rims? What are your requirements - size, look, weight, etc.? The aftermarket wheel thread would be a good place to start, obviously. Tirerack has a good amount of info/galleries as well.

I've decided that new wheels still aren't in my budget for my car. I still want to change my look so.. I think I'm going to go with gunmetal grey wheels and gunmetal grey gloss for the grille. Calipers will stay red, I think.

Was a little bored yesterday, so I took a picture of my interior. Today I'm working on wrapping the rest of the doors.

No offense, but I liked the look of the car before you started. However, I really like how creative you are! Now, plastidip is not for me, at all, but I like cars 100%stock. Almost. I think that your parents were EXTREMELY thoughtful for giving you such a safe, nice car. As I said though, I like the original look better, but you are doing a good job!

I liked the original look also for about 3 months, but I didn't like seeing old people driving the same car as me. Now I think my car got to a point where it looked sorta ghetto, so the other day I removed the vinyl overlay on the tailights and I'm changing the wheels to silver instead of black.

I didn't when I had this installed because it was an extra 30 bucks for the cable, but this JVC actually stopped working on me, so I got 4 new speakers and the head unit with the money.

With xmas coming around, I am looking into another 7inch head unit, with steering wheel control, and the parking break bypass cable.

With my senior year of high school coming to an end soon, I've already started paper work to join the army after graduation. One of the upsides to this is I will have money to spend on my car, and buy a nice Harley Davidson Night Rod Special 2013. Of course I will have to finance all of this into a budget, but more mods will be coming in 2014.
