C230 Coupe Bose In-Dash
I've got a confusing predicament here. I've been looking at alot of aftermarket HUs for my car that keeps ALL of the factory functionalities intact. However, many of the units I came across can't simply integrate into the D2B network on the cars. I did come across this unit:

I was wondering if it will work with my existing CD changer and should I even consider going for some crappy chinese vendor?

I never trust a listing with too many exclamation points. 
Not that it means that it won't work, but I've never seen anyone who's installed that particular unit.
I'm not sure why you would want to retain functionality of a system that really wasn't that functional to begin with. What are you concerned about, the steering wheel controls?
