W203 Bosch Alternator enquiry
Hi there ladies and gents,
I hope you well. I hope you can assist me with the replacement of my alternator issue please. I drive a Kompressor W203 2004 C200.
I called Mercedes who quoted me R1800 for the alternator. I found a supplier in Epping called MED who is a supplier of the exact same units especially Bosch products. However i called them and they needed the BOSCH code i.e the number that starts with a "9"978 not the mercedes part number.
i tried taking a pic of the alternator but its difficult to get the number. I found a number of the regulator can you confirm if this is the so called bosch alternator number.
your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
