Help please - loose vacuum pipe!
Help

In the process of trying to figure out the MAF error I have, Ive been looking for air leaks and found this pipe loose near the MAF area (W203 / 2001) - is it meant to be loose?

PS in the pics you can see the MAF is loose etc. just keen to know where the vacuum looking pipe should go or is it meant to hang free
