Even if I drive like a complete lunatic I can't break loose the DWS's, so doubt I would get any benefit from summer tires, other than a much lighter wallet.

I paid $606 for a set of four staggered DWS tires early this month from Discount Tire Direct store on Ebay (free shipping) and last night received a $100 prepaid Visa from them as part of a promotion. So $506 for a whole new set.. awesome deal.

I bought the Conti DWS for my fronts. It's been the rave of the forum so I went ahead and made the plunge. Random people, who were watching me getting them installed, told me I wouldn't be disappointed. So far, rides pretty smooth. Next up, wheel alignment. Courtesy of the coupon gods
