performance chip for c230

I am thinking of putting a performance chip in my 06 C230 sport,
Does anyone know of any drawbacks or problems I may encounter and if anyone can recommend a particular make or type etc I would be grateful for any advice,

STFF.... OETuning and Eurocharged both do ecu reflashes.

Only draw back since they are tuning is you may loose mpg
