i also love that wheels..but rotis are very expensive..I love TMB's also..
about the futuras, they're already in place, 10j ET19 (225 40) and 8,5j ET20 (215 40)..they fit perfect without spacers

How big were your Alphards and how'd you make them fit? I found a guy on the classified forum asking for $1300. They're 255/40/R18 front and 285/35/R18 rear which I think are massive cuz my 225s up front are pretty much flush with the fenders. :/ Please advise.

with 255 and 285 probably it will rub on the front damper, maybe you need to get 5 or 10mm spacer. at rear it will fit but probably you wouldnt be able to run any spacer more than 10mm (i guess)..

I would really love to know more about the centre console facelift conversion... I'm an alarm/audio installer so wiring is no problem, but really keen to see what problems you had and what went smoothly.

well, facelift console you can search at google, for "w203 facelift console upgrade". AC is plug&play, UCP needs a "wiring tip", the terminal is different..you need also the inside frame to mount all the things and the audio 20 was giving me some problems, then I've change to a double din pioneer.
about futuras, they're sold, actually I bought some vossen cv3 replica wheels, 9j18 all round.
today they will go to the car, or tomorrow. just need to chose the correct spacers :/
