Date question
This might seem like a dumb question but my 2007 C280 has a bunch of settings on the trip computer and when I scroll through all the settings like time of day, daylight savings time etc, there is also a day/month/year setting. After going through and setting the time and date, my clock will show the time of day but nowhere does the day/month/year show up so I'm wondering why there is even a setting for that. Just curious...it would be kind of cool to be able to push one of the steering wheel buttons and have the date display show up for a second or two. Any of you other C-series owners wonder what the point of a date setting is if you can't use it?
