Weird passenger window problem

Hi all,

I'm newbie and apologies if this question has already been asked. I'm experiencing a weird passenger window problem on my C180 W203.
The up/down window switch on the passenger door isn't working. However, when I press the passenger window button up or down on the driver's side the window goes up or down about 10cm at a time. So, I have to repeatedly press the button.

Any ideas how I could fix/diagnose these problems please?

Relay switch might be bad or the motor is going out. Make sure the buttons are synced for the auto roll up and down.
