2004 C240 Bluetooth Phone
I just bought my C240. its a 2004 and seems to be quite different than the information I am finding.
I would like to put a phone in the car but I am having difficulty finding the correct parts. many visits to there dealership and reading a number of posts on MB World has not yielded an answer so I thought I'd ask and hope for the best.
I have this connector in my console:
The underside looks like this:
I have found a "vintage" phone cradle in China and I bought it. I has what looks like the proper connector:
I have found the Puck with Tail, but the connector is wrong:
Questions:
1. once i get this vintage cradle will it work with the Puck that is supposed to go in it?
2. would it be possible / a good a idea to take the connector from the cradle and wire it to the new Puck with Tail? - as anyone does this that has the wiring specs so I know what to connect to what?
3. any other help / experiences would be helpful
thank you

You're looking at the OEM option. There are a ton of parts you need. Couldn't tell you exactly what you need but it's a ton of parts, and will cost you a few hundred bucks.
What I would recommend (for the same price if not less) is the Argos MB-1. 100% integration with the factory radio (stuff shows up on your instrument cluster and radio display), and comes with Bluetooth. Probably one of the best mods I have bought for my car, other than bi-xenons.

Awesome! Where do I buy it?
Actually I did find the Argos and call the number The sales guy said they were sold out. He's supposed to call me when they have more. nothing yet, that was 2 months ago. The high end stereo guys in Calgary have never heard of the Argos unit.
the website eurocarphone.com does not work. looks like they have gone out of business.
any other options?
thanks
