roughness and hesitation in hot weather

hello
i have c 180 model 2001 and the complaint is that the engine runs rough and seems to hesitate especially when i drive it for a long period or in hot weather(in sumer the condition is more obvious)
i can feel the the hesitation in the body of the car and in the steering wheel
sometimes my car shut off suddenly after a long period of driving or when the wheather is hot and that occurs especially during or after driving the car then placing my foot on the clutch (my car is manual)...it may shut off suddenly...and when i am trying to start is again it will start normally
i didn't find leak ... i have checked the hoses visually but i think that there is no cracks or leak...and i have sprayed 3 cans of cab cleaner of the hoses in order to find any leak... but i didnt find...
this problem was about 6 months ago!
and i would like to mention that i hve no check engine and about one month ago check engin appears and it was p0100 and p0638 and i have cleaned the maf and the throttle and at the moment there is no check engin
sorry for my bad English
