Right reverse bulb out on led s-class taillights

My right reverse bulb is out. I tried changing the bulb and that doesn't seem to be the issue as the new bulb didn't work either. I had an old harness from a previous set of led taillights (cracked lense) and swapped out the harness. The old harness reverse worked however I got a bunch of other error messages regarding the rear tail lamp. Does anyone know what could solve this problem without ordering another set of tail lights?

It might be the board. Its been know to heat up and the connectors melt causing errors.

Well the wiring for the reverse bulb harness is connected directly to the board. I didn't see any visual damage to the board (melting, etc) but it was quite hot. Is there any way to fix this or is it scrap? I love the look of the LED but have been considering swapping them for maybe smoked regular bulbs. Arg

did you check the bulb socket itself?
I had a hella time with bulbs blowing out and error codes, turns out the inside of the socket to one of the reverse bulbs had slightly melted and the spring on the inside was acting as a ground.

I plan on taking a look at the socket again but upon visual inspection I can't see anything wrong with it. I'll take a closer look. Thanks for the reply.
