spinner rims
Hey does anybody have spinner rims on their mercedes that they can post some pics of ?? I was considering them for my c230 coupe, anybody else have these on their coupe? Any suggestions to where to get them and what not. Let me know peoples, thanks.

Everybody has their own tastes. I can tell you for sure that just about nobody on this board is gonna have any info on spinners since most dont like them. If you are near Long Island try Unique Autosports in Uniondale- they can prob help you out.

I saw 20" spinners on an SL in NJ. Ouch... looked like the car was lifted and the freaking "duba dubs" induced vertigo.
Looking at them spin actually made me feel like I was moving... wierd.

As I've said before, I'm sure MB had no idea what the unintended "side effects" of downmarketing would be. Lower the entrance fee and broaden the base... great strategy...oops, who knew a hit to image would be included??

the spinners are usually on the more expensive $100,000 MBs. its for people who have money to burn.
you think a person buying an entry level MB would spend 10k on spinner rims ?

yes i know but he is in the minority.
90% of spinners are driven by rappers or basketball players who drove high end mercedes, bentleys, rolls etc. OR my favorite POSERS!

Personally I dont care for the spinners...yea i think they belong to some one with bling bling...i mean...if you got a blingin car...and you got the bling in your wallet...then it mayb be alright...but yea..if you drivin a stock C ....and you tryin to save money by drinkin water at lunch instead of soda....then hell na....
and one more thing...someone said something about the 3 Six Mafia...yea they got a song called Spiinners...i havn't seen the Video (because i don't have cable!!!!) but let me tell you something they are the best hip hop band ever..if you like hip hop u gotta checkem out...and that spinner song is the worst song on that album....and get their older albums....When the smoke clears....and when it does you know you just listened to some good hip hop...not the cheesy radio s**T ....
