Hello everyone. I currently own a C43 AMG, so I am normally over in that forum. However, I am currently looking at buying another car - a C320. This may sound funny, but I have not decided which... The new sport coupe, the sedan (sport sedan?), or even the wagon. I am wondering what kind of prices you have been recieving... I don't like my local dealer (ordered the C43 from East Coast), because they are very pricey. It's Robert Larson, here in Tacoma, WA for you locals... I am wondering what the demand is for these cars, and if any of you have recieved a less-than-MSRP deal. I want to negotiate, because I am looking at the wagon or sedan, but not sure if I can really afford that... Any negotiators out there with luck from their dealer?

Anyway, if you C320 owners could specify where you bought your car (general area), basic options you're equipped with, and what you payed for it, that would be great! TAI!

Example: Los Angeles. C320 Sedan. Every option except X. $500 less than MSRP.

All the dealers I contacted in the NYC area were willing to go under invoice.

Go to carsdirect.com and configure the car you want. This should be a STARTING POINT for any negotiations with a dealer because you can always buy thru carsdirect. I did and its hassle free. They use a local dealer near you.

If you want to take a road trip to break in the new car I'd suggest looking at the SoCal dealers, they seem to consistently have better prices than anywhere else on the West coast (the best prices for the East coast seem to be in the NoVa/DC area).

i got mine for 1000 over invoice from fletcher jones in newport beach

mine is optioned out with the following"

starts 36ish

added

metallic paint(650)
leather interior(1400)
C2 pkg (1600)
cd changer (400)
automatic (1300)

thats about 41,500 msrp right there

invoice was about 39,000( i have have the invoice paper)

add 1000

40,000 + tax 43300 + licence, registration, LoJack etc. = 44,000

so about 44 out the door

EDIT- i haven not seen too many major deals on 320 sedans. so yeah people post if you gotten invoice or under voice

got mine $200.00

over invoice minus $1000.00 voucher sent by MB USA. end up paying a little over 37K plus tax and license. If you are serious email me and I will help you to get the same deal I got

actually I didn't pay 1000 over invoice I said I paid 200$ over invoice minus $1,000 voucher that MB USA sent me that I can use towards my next purchase which is I used when I got my New C320WZ. And the bottom line I paid $800.00 below invoice

Is it still confusing to you.?

Why I got $1,000 voucher? MB USA giving those to all ML owner from 2000-2002 model. Which I conside myself lucky b/c if I took delivery before I received the voucher, That $1K is no good
