brake caliper / rotor
I got my rotors/pads replaced recently,
today I checked the rotor and appears that caliper is following the rotor as it rotates
please check the video i got :
does it mean that my rotor became warped again?
thank you!

Looks warped to me, too. You might want to check both sides with a dial indicator to see what's happening. When they were installed, there could have been some dirt under the disc. I am also assuming you got a good brand of disk.

The rotors could be warped slightly. Enought to see the caliper moving with the rotor but not enough to feel the pulse in the pedal.

ok, i went to the shop and they said its ok since i dont have a wheel installed when spin the rotor. That rotor is fixed only with one bolt if wheel is not installed and thats why it play. If the wheel is installed it should not play....
hmm... i'm not sure if its fine or bs...
going to jack the wheel and spin it in assembled condition to check if it makes any difference ...

test results: I jacked the wheel and tried to spin - no issues
then I loosen the bolts a bit - no issues
I loosen more and started to notice that wheel spins with some extra effort at some point compared with tightened bolts
I removed the wheel and noticed that brake rotor is not siting firmly - it is mounted only with one bolt to the hub and on opposite side it is not siting tight and close to hub
So I would say it may be a cheap rotors that is not 100% fit the hub if not tighten with bolts to the hub or the hub was not cleaned before new rotor installation, or 1 & 2 together
And it appears to be not that hard to replace it DIY so next time i will go for good rotors and ceramic pads
thank you for all responses / help

If you hadn't tightened the lug bolts before you took your video, I can believe that it was just not seated. I think that little countersunk bolt is just for assembly - it has no purpose after that - which really means that you really don't need it at all.
