AC/Blower problem....
My cabin blower fan stops working in AC mode after about 15 minutes of operation. I've already replaced the blower motor and regulator for the problem of 'Auto' mode intermittently shutting down (light on button goes out) one side or the other or both sides. When the fan stops the Auto mode lights stay lit and the fan speed indicator shows fan active.....but nothing is coming out of the vents. If I cycle the car off/on then the fan starts up again for another 15 minutes. Anyone have a schematic of the fan circuit? Any guesses? Thanks, Mark

Another regulator fixed the problem. I first replaced the regulator and when that didn't work I replaced the motor. I believe the bad motor blew the new regulator I installed.

Another regulator didn't fix the problem. It still fails but more intermittently and sometimes restarts on its own
There's not much to the fan circuit and this has me baffled.

Are you sure it isn't related to the HVAC control module itself? It seems these are known for issues in the W203 throughout its production life.

A couple of days ago I removed the control module, disassembled it, and blew it out with an air hose. So far so good. Yes, there are two inputs to the blower regulator from the module. Fingers crossed.

have you tried to reset the AC ?
push & hold altogether AC & front anti fog button in the climate control, wait until the led blinking
