Good MB Service in the Orange County CA Area?
Can someone recommend a good dealer for service? I tried MB of Long Beach.. they were OK but not great. Took the car in for rattles.. they came back AND I've got a new one in the back when there is a lot of bass in the music being listened to.

Its Not The Dealer..Its The Tech...!
When You drop off the car you talk to a service writer..he writes the Ticket on your car..He May Forget to make notes on a problem..In Your case the Rattle..Its best to talk direct to a tech!

I took my Coupe in to Jim Buote Service Advisor at Fletcher Jones, Newport Beach. Treated me great, a real car guy. He has owned 22 Shelby mustangs and Cobras!

So far I can recommend Fletcher Jones.

I get consistangly great service at MB of Laguna Niguel, no problems, nice clean loaners.

I take my car to Fletcher Jones as well. My service writer is Randy Lemus. He's a very cool guy and goes OUT of his way to give great service.

They sell more cars than any other dealer in the US and have for the past couple of years. Has to be a reason.

I go to House of Import. They're alright, not great great, but better than Penske. The Enterprice loaner division recently had all there loaner changed to MB, so you won't get anything less even if you didn't reserve one.
