should i or should i not....
should i buy 10-15mm rear spacers for my skinny 18x8 225mm rear tires, or should i just replace my rear wheels with 18x9 255mm???????? obviously.....spacers just cost around $150 whereas new wheels will cost around $1000++ for a pair. i just want the aggressive look of staggered set-ups. sadly it wasnt popular here yet at d time i got my wheels last year.
do spacers improve the LOOK??? im quite concerned that itll look funny with the tires pushed outward while still remaining kinda "skinny" when viewed from the rear.
but geeeez....an extra $850 could buy me a muffler.

I don't think it makes it look weird from the back with spacers. Since it's hard to see the inside of the wheels anyway, it's not that noticable. It is noticable on the outside, though. Much more aggressive look & the wells are filled out (I've got 20mm on my Coupe).
The other thing to consider with a staggered set-up is that if you use directional tires, it's a one shot deal-no rotating. So you're going to have to increase your yearly tire budget as well.
