i suggest at least a 2.5 inlet on our cars. i believe a few members have them on their cars and it sounds like other magnaflows that others have. check out the muffler/exhaust thread

I had a 14833 on my 528i. Same muffler, different tips. Decent sound on the L6. Like Phi, said, that series of Magnaflow mufflers has been used by a few on here. Do a you-tube search and I beleive you will find a sound clip or two on an m112 engine.
