*The most difficult part to find....
Hello all and I am hoping that you can help me find a part that I have scoured diagrams over the internet trying to find what this part is called or where I can get another one.
I changed out the tstat and the alternator and I put my hand right ontop of the expansion tank line and this little piece (dry rotted) splintered. The top of the expansion tank has a nipple that connects to a rubber hose, which connects to a hard metal double elbow pipe which then connects to another rubber hose, which then connects to this male/male nipple which is inserted into the upper pipe on the engine. This male/male dongle is about to extinguish my hope and dreams of completing this simple project.
If you will notice this diagram here. The part I am looking for plugs into that little connector from on the upper pipe (#8.)

I did happen to find a diagram of the part I am looking for but I cannot find a part number or the original site this came from. (#102)

Put in year and model-kompressor-sports-4matic-coupe,... You list W203 (sedan) yet refer to 203.740 coupe chasis,.... we`re not mind readers!
Assuming you have m271 engine as listed in diagram,... if you have 2003-2005 CL203 coupe with 203.740 chasis,... 102 is Plug Socket

Ha, yes no year listed, and North America as a location.
