CM1010 vs CM1011 (a2038202486 a2038201086)

I"m looking to replace my dad's head unit in his 2001 C320. I see that the CM1010 head unit is commonly listed as the unit in a 2001. I see another head unit listed a year or two later CM1011. Anyone know what the differences are? Would a CM1011 work in place ov the CM1010?
