Well with a pulley your looking at 30HP. Intake usually don't make too much HP, maybe 2 - 3 HP depending on what kind of intake. ECU can net you any where from 10 - 15 HP. Catback exhaust should be anywhere around 6 or 7 HP. So at the end your looking around 50 more ponies.

What year is the C230K? Is it a 1.8 or a 2.3l ?

With all those things you mention on an '02, if they were all available you can probably get 210-220 HP at the rear wheels or close to 250 HP at the crank. As you can see from my sig, I have the pulley, muffler and itg drop in airfilter and I recently got 193 HP on a Mustang dyno and I got as high as 197 HP on a Dynojet. I don't think my muffler contributes to the bottom line, just has a deeper tone. If you went with a louder muffler, headers, chip, lighter weight wheels I can see another 20+ HP more at the rear wheels.
