difference between stock oem brake calipers vs sport calipers

I have stock brake calipers on my c320 they dont say mercedes benz on them ... Im buying all 4 brake calipers for 40$ . Just want to know if there somewhat better.

the ones on the picture are Brembo brakes and are two piston brakes vs the stock one piston.
your rotors will need to be upgraded to 330mm in order to fit those. make sure to buy ceramic pads for low dust. I love mine the minute i upgraded the brake system.

most mb brakes are brembo. brembo is a large company that actually makes factory brakes for a lot of car companies.
