c200 kompressor change of wheel size

Hope somebody can help....
Recently purchased a 52 plate c200 kompressor.
It currently has standard 15 inch wheels that I think look a little small.
I have just bought a set of cls 17 inch 10 spoke alloys that are running on 245/ 45 / 17 all round.
My questions are...
Will they fit?
Will they rub?
Do they need to be staggered front to rear?
Do I need spacers?
Have I done the right thing???
Many thanks in anticipation
Steve

They'll fit but you need to find the offset of them first to see if spacers are required. 245 won't fit in front, you'll have to go down to 235

Thankyou for your reply, how would I find the offset? They are 8.5 j if that helps? I am afraid I don't know a great deal about tyres!
Will 235 fit on the wheels I have bought?
Will my existing bolts fit the new wheels?

Offset is usually on the inside of the wheel. It'll say et 45 or something. If it's between +20-+38 it'll fit. 235 is the tire width so it'll be fine. reading a tires goes : width of tire is first in mm of course. The second # is the percentage of the width of the tire to get the sidewall height. Third is the diameter of the tire/wheel size. so if you want a smooth ride go 235/45/17 or a sportier lower look go 225/40/17.

I believe cls use a different ball seat size than ours and has a shorter shaft length. Radusadirect makes numerous lug bolts for our cars. You can call them and they can get you the right bolts.
