How do I remove this panel? Drivers seat.

I can't get the knob or the control buttons off without breaking something.
I've searched here, and been all through AlldataDIY without any luck.
I need to remove the panel so I can re-install a bolt that came loose that supports the front of the bottom cushion, on this side of the seat.

In case anyone needs it.
Remove seat belt bolt cover, remove seat belt bolt. Carefully, but forcefully remove front seat rotating knob. I ended up breaking a couple of the tabs that help hold it in place. On the rear of the panel, where the back seat passengers' feet would be. There is a little plug that holds the rear of the panel on, just give it a little tug and it pops off. There is a little tab on the front of the panel, so you just slide it forward. Rotate rear of panel upwards, and undo power seat wires.

Now have fun getting the bolt to line up through three holes... It sucks!

Or any more difficult that doing the head.

I'm having real trouble getting that rotating knob off. It seems stuck fast. I need to remove the panel to replace the switch unit for the power seat. Does it really just pull straight off?

My understanding is yes. Except it's on there real tight. Personally I would be expecting to buy a new knob as well.
