According to autobild, a german car mag, this IS the 'b' version of the C-Class sedan. As many have already surmised, exterior changes are minimal. But the text with the article specified some interior changes and structural mods.
Four months after the debut of the CLS in Detroit the revised C-class is introduced. The model care is this time not limited to the usual Potpourri from other padding, colors and wheels. After only four years old running time have the economical Swabia instead deeply reached into the bag and the C-class a new instrument panel spendiert. Those does not look better only, it is also richer equipped and easier to serve. Cheaply working plastics, moderate ergonomics and dearless processing might be in the future no more topic. One from the outside recognizes model year 2004 by the revised lights and attachments. Also the chassis is revised. The goals are called more guidance precision, better road-hugging property and fewer structure movements

I believe that is the facelift, but that is a sport model. I had heard it was getting those wheels, which are the same as the CLK320 Appearance package.
I don't think all cars will have that bumper or wheels.

I don't mind the exterior changes but however i will mind the interior changes a great deal. The time has finally come (by the end of this month) to pick a car. Mainly the TSX or a c230 sedan. Only if the facelift happened for the 04 model that is out currently =I

There are what i like to call dips on the side. That looks much nicer. I think the C32s have them. Either ways even if the exterior doesn't change much the interior will. And i dislike the current c-class interior.
