Intermitent Sputter!!!!!!! ....C230
Hi Guys,
I have been wanting to post this for quite some time, but was not able to isolate the "Intermitent sputter"... that is the best that I can describe it. Well it happens just as I touch the accelerator ever so lightly only in the initial phase and again happens when I take my foot off the acclerator. There is this annoying sputter...more like a valve ticking/knock....oh well it goess....spturrrrrr.....spturrrrrr for a couple to times and then it is gone and reapperas when I take my foot off...
I know it is a long shot, but if you peeps know anything on this and can advise let me know...I tired taking a video of this but the noise is so low that I cannot capture it from inside the cabin....I will try from outside and see if I can catch it on my Iphone.....
Well it is a 02 C230 6MT....
Any help is appreciated....

Get code read via OBD2. Could be something as simple as vent-vacuum hose coming loose near supercharger, MAF sensor,....
