Rebuilt Engine Head Done :) Need a picture of top of the engine

After 4 months of on and off work on the rebuilt project from the timing chain jumping teeth, I'm glad to say that I'm finally done.. It runs..

16 new valves on a Rebuilt head
New gaskets all the way around.
New water pump
New vacuum pump
New Alternator
New Timing chains and rails
New timing tensioner..
New belt

That car crank up and sounded super quiet! Now its time to sell my car or trade it in for a new truck.

In the mean time.. I need some help please..
Just need someone to take a picture of their m271 from the top with cover off. I need to find out where I need to route these vacuum lines.

I had a good 6 years with this car.. it has taken me all over the US. I had more problems with this car then any of my other cars.. Its time to throw in the towel.. I can say now I have ripped the engine apart twice on this thing. I learned a lot about Mercedes blocks.. They are horrible designs.. but I will still check the forum from time to time to help anyone who runs into timing chain stretching or timing jump.

Wife has the car today. Won't be able to get a pic up until this afternoon.

I seem to remember feeding one through with that harness in the front corner.

Glad I found your post.
I ended up finding 2 bad vaccumm lines myself.

They should run something like this.
