Cam sensor, cat converter, or something else?

After several hours of searching on this site I'm narrowing down my list of culprits for my CEL codes. The other day my 06 c230 was running fine and then the "battery/alternator see workshop" display came on. Car drove fine for a day and then it came on again and then car started sputtering. The check engine light started blinking so I limped it home and it has thrown 6 codes:

p0100 - mass or volume air flow circuit
p0300 - mulitple misfire detected
p0302 - cylinder 2 misfire detected
p0305 - misfire cylinder 5
p0341 - camshaft position sensor A circuit range bank 1
p0366 - camshaft position sensor B circuit range bank 1

After reading through different threads it seems like it can either be my cam sensor or cat converter. However, none of the other members had the p0100 code thrown too so I wanna get some input on what the culprit is/might be for these codes. I changed the plugs a couple weeks ago and had been fine since. This is my first benz and I'm not familiar with the problems these cars usually have. Thanks for any help or advice.

I took out the Cam sensor and cleaned around it, plugged it back in and cleard the codes and started. The cam sensor circuit codes went away but4 new ones came up:

p0303: Cylinder #3 Misfire Detected, Catalyst Damaging
p0306: Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
p2303 Ignition Coil “B” Primary Control Circuit Low
p2312: Ignition Coil “E” Primary Control Circuit Low

There are 0 threads with the last two codes so I have no clue what could be causing that. Any ideas?

Also I cleaned the MAF, no change. Ran the car with the MAF unplugged and no change.
