SRS Malfunction
Got a malfunction warning yesterday referencing SRS system. Anybody else have one of these on a 230 coupe?
I checked the seat belts and the retractors all work fine as well as driver's side resstraint system. I know there were seat belt problems listed in earlier threads, but didn't know if any of you have received the SRS malfunction warning.

Happen to me right after I picked up my car. A seat belt sensor failed. The service manager said that while mechanically the system was probably okay, he could not guarentee that the airbag would go off in event of an accident. My only beef was it took six days to repair (parts from Germany).
One other time it went off but not permanent. Shut off car and relatched the seatbeat.
